STOP PRESS!

The Unicorn Carol Service will take place onboard HMS Unicorn at 7.30pm (1930) on Tuesday 13th December this year, and everyone is extremely welcome.  A great opportunity to sing all the old favourites, to the accompaniment of the Dundee Instrumental Band!

This year the Service will be conducted by Rev Joe Morrow, known to many of us as one of the RNR Padres from the old HMS Camperdown, and we can look forward to a lively service.

Eric Milton has decided that, after many years of running the Unicorn Carol Service in his own inimitable style, his health no longer permits him continue.  However, he will be attending to receive a small presentation from Lord Dalhousie, Chairman of the Unicorn Preservation Society to mark almost twenty years’ service as Unicorn’s Padre, and also his support of our work in many other ways.

Last year the ship was beautifully warm inside, but the snow put many off.  This year we would particularly ask for a good attendance, both to welcome Joe Morrow and to say ‘thank you’ to Eric Milton for his outstanding contribution.
