Hire of the Ship: Corporate & Private Events

Booking Charges:

A basic charge of £350 covers any part of the ship for up to 50 people for one event (e.g. lunch, dinner), thereafter £3.00 per head, e.g. 100 guests = £500. (Functions with a licensed bar selling alcohol, maximum number of guests 100.)

The Captain’s Cabin alone can be hired for £300 for a smaller event.

A deposit of £100 is required when the booking is confirmed, this is non refundable, and the balance should be paid no later than one week before the event. An unconfirmed booking will only be retained for four weeks.

This charge covers:

The hire of the ship, manning and security arrangements, and also includes the use of our stacking chairs and folding tables.  We are happy to help with recommending caterers and other facilities.

Late Hours

A premium of £50/hour (or part of hour) will be charged after midnight and will be invoiced separately after the event.

Charities and Approved Organisations

May be eligible for a discount (normally 25% on the above prices) for fundraising and similar events.

Photography, Marquee rental

Please note that the ship is a ‘no smoking’ area.  Those wishing to smoke can do so on the quayside.
